4 Steps to reserve your trip

1. Proposal trip

Fill in and send us our form giving us the maximum information, in order to better advise you.

We will contact you as soon as possible to give you a personalised proposal trip. This proposal can be changed as many times as you feel necessary, with the aim to achieve your final proposal trip.

You also have to decide now if you want a travel insurance or a trip cancellation insurance.

2. Reservation and validation

To validate the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit, as you can read in the proposal and in the General Sales Conditions. The amount of this first payment is 40% of the total amount of the trip (insurance included).

As soon as we receive this payment, we will validate the reservations of all the services included in your trip.

3. Members of the group and trip contract

We will need all the personal information of the members of the travel group (name, surname, passport numbers) by e-mail, and we will send you via e-mail two copies of the trip contract. One of them is for you, and the other one has to be signed by the head member of the group and sent to us again.

Together with your contract, you will have the summary of all your rights and obligations.

4. Final payment and trip documentation

The last step is to pay the rest of the price (60%) which you will have to pay at the latest 21 days before the departure. Once we confirm the payment, and we receive the signed copy of the contract, we will send you all the technical and practical documentation you will need for your trip.

Now, the only thing you have to do is to enjoy your trip.
